This unit introduces Reception students to fundamental body management skills through playful exploration and progressive challenges. The focus is on developing spatial awareness, coordination, and control whilst building confidence in their physical capabilities. Through superhero themes and apparatus exploration, students discover how their bodies can move in different ways whilst learning essential safety skills for future PE activities.
