Moving silently with pointed fingers and toes, being still when making shapes
A still balance held on different body parts
Different parts we can move on: feet, hands, back, side, tummy
Staying still and steady in a position
Moving without making any sound with our body
Understanding where pupils are coming from and where they're going
Counting body parts, identifying shapes (straight, curved, wide, narrow), understanding positional language (on, under, beside)
Learning about body parts and their functions, understanding balance and stability, exploring forces
Following instructions, describing movements, sharing ideas with others
Building confidence and self-esteem, developing social skills, learning to encourage others
Move around the space to observe all students, position centrally during demonstrations
Watch for champion movement qualities, safety awareness, and creative problem-solving
Step in when movements become unsafe, when students need encouragement, or when technique needs refining
Always demonstrate perfect technique, exaggerate key points for visibility, use students as positive examples
Large hall space minimum 10m x 8m, clear of obstacles
Non-slip surface, free from water or debris, adequate grip for movements
Stop all activity immediately, assess injury, provide appropriate first aid, contact school medical support if needed
