•Distribute to students designated as attackers before each activity
Alternative: Coloured bibs, arm bands, or velcro tags
Place in centre of each playing area inside hoops
Alternative: Small balls, cones, or other 'treasure' objects
Position in centre of each playing area to hold treasure
Alternative: Chalk circles, rope circles, or marked squares
Create clear playing areas approximately 10m x 10m per group
Alternative: Sports markers, chalk lines, or natural boundaries
Moving quickly to one side to avoid being caught or tagged
The person trying to get past the defender or collect treasure
The person trying to tag attackers or protect the treasure
Plans or methods used by teams to win games

Understanding where pupils are coming from and where they're going
Vocabulary development, listening to instructions, expressing ideas about tactics and teamwork
Counting points scored, measuring distances between players, understanding concepts of space and position
Forces needed for rapid direction changes, friction between feet and ground, energy used during exercise
Teamwork, communication, leadership, resilience, fair play, conflict resolution
Stand where all groups are visible, move between groups to provide guidance and ensure safety
Watch for effective dodging technique, positive team interactions, tactical understanding, and fair play
Step in when students are struggling with cooperation, when safety is compromised, or when additional challenge is needed
Use students as examples when possible, demonstrate key skills clearly and enthusiastically, involve all students in demonstrations
Large indoor hall or outdoor area, minimum 20m x 30m with clear boundaries
Dry, even surface free from obstacles, appropriate footwear for surface type
Stop all activity immediately, assess situation, provide appropriate first aid or support, contact school first aider if needed
