This unit develops students' understanding of how different body parts can support weight whilst creating aesthetically pleasing gymnastics sequences. Through systematic exploration of 'points and patches', students build confidence in inverting, balancing and transferring weight safely whilst developing their creative expression. The progressive structure ensures students master fundamental control before combining skills into flowing, self-designed sequences.
