This unit introduces Year 4 students to yoga as a holistic practice that connects physical challenge with mental wellbeing. Through progressive exploration of poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness, students discover how their bodies and minds work together to create strength, calmness and focus. The unit culminates in students creating their own meditation practices and understanding yoga as a lifelong tool for health and resilience.
