This unit introduces Year 7 students to Flag Football as a vehicle for developing tactical awareness and communication in invasion games. Through progressive skill-building, students learn how individual techniques combine to create team strategies that outsmart opponents. The American-influenced sport provides fresh engagement whilst reinforcing transferable invasion game principles of creating and denying space, maintaining possession, and coordinated attack and defence.
