This unit introduces Year 7 students to lacrosse through a systematic skill-building approach that progresses from individual stick control to competitive game situations. The focus is on developing confidence with an unfamiliar implement whilst building the technical foundation and tactical awareness needed for invasion game success. Through carefully sequenced lessons, students develop both-sided proficiency and learn to apply skills under pressure, fostering resilience and adaptability.
