This unit develops Year 7 students' ability to work effectively in teams through progressively complex physical and mental challenges that require communication, trust, and strategic thinking. Moving beyond traditional competitive sports, the focus is on building the interpersonal skills essential for success in all PE activities and wider school life. Through carefully scaffolded problem-solving tasks, students develop confidence as team members and emerging leaders whilst learning to support peers and maintain composure under pressure.
