This unit develops students' interpersonal skills through progressive Outdoor and Adventurous Activities that deliberately restrict normal communication channels. By removing verbal and visual cues, students discover alternative ways to collaborate, lead, and problem-solve. The unit builds from individual awareness to sophisticated team dynamics, preparing Year 7 students for the trust and communication demands of genuine outdoor adventure experiences.
