This unit introduces Year 7 students to rounders through a carefully scaffolded journey from isolated skill development to authentic competitive play. The focus moves systematically from technical mastery of throwing, catching, bowling and batting, through tactical awareness and positional understanding, culminating in tournament play where students apply learned skills under pressure. This approach builds both competence and confidence, ensuring all students can contribute meaningfully to team performance.
