This unit introduces Nursery students to yoga through immersive storytelling adventures that span jungles, oceans, space, and historical worlds. Each lesson uses narrative and animal/character poses to develop body awareness, emotional regulation, and physical control in an age-appropriate, playful manner. The thematic variety maintains engagement while reinforcing core yoga principles of breathing, balance, and mindful movement.
