Step in if children forcing poses, showing signs of frustration, or if safety concerns arise
Demonstrate all poses clearly at child's level, emphasise comfort over perfection, model calm breathing throughout
Minimum 4m x 4m clear space per child, soft flooring or mats
Clean, non-slip surface free from obstacles and hazards
Stop activity immediately if child shows pain or distress, assess situation, provide comfort and alternative position, seek additional support if needed
