Always demonstrate jumping technique with exaggerated bent knees and arm movements for clear visibility to all students
Minimum 15m x 10m clear space, suitable for 30 students with arm's length apart
Non-slip surface, clear of obstacles, appropriate for jumping activities
Stop activity immediately with freeze signal, assess any injuries, provide appropriate first aid, ensure other students remain calm and seated
