Counting rotations in hula hooping, measuring time for sustained activities, exploring circular shapes and patterns
Understanding how exercise affects heart rate and breathing, exploring forces when spinning and rolling hoops
Building resilience and perseverance, celebrating individual achievements, supporting others during challenges
Move around the outside of the activity area to observe all students, position at corners for maximum visibility
Watch for coordination development, safe equipment handling, positive peer interactions, signs of overexertion
