β’6 Lessons
This unit introduces Year 1 students to the fundamental skills of net and wall games through carefully scaffolded hand-striking activities. The emphasis is on developing basic hand-eye coordination, body awareness, and simple cooperative play rather than competitive net games. Through progressive skill-building from individual practice to partner rallies, students build confidence with sending, receiving, and striking while learning to work together towards shared goals.
