Watch for pose alignment, breathing patterns, confidence levels, and creative engagement
Step in to assist with balance, provide pose modifications, encourage effort over perfection
Show all poses clearly, provide modifications, demonstrate with students rather than just in front of them
Minimum 20m x 15m, clear of obstacles with soft flooring or mats
Non-slip surface, adequate cushioning for floor work
Stop activity immediately if injury occurs, assess and provide appropriate first aid, contact school procedures
