Teamwork and cooperation, managing emotions during competition, showing respect for others, building resilience
Central position with clear sight lines to all competition areas and ability to move between stations quickly
Monitor technique consistency, competitive behaviour, team cooperation, and individual confidence levels
Step in if rules are being broken, technique is becoming unsafe, or negative competitive behaviour emerges
Use slow-motion demonstrations for technique, real-time for competition format, and exaggerated movements for key points
Large hall or outdoor space minimum 20m x 15m for multiple competition stations
Non-slip, even surface free from holes or obstacles that could cause falls
Stop activity immediately if injury occurs, assess severity, provide appropriate first aid, contact parents/medical help if needed
