This unit combines historical learning with creative dance, using the Vikings as a rich stimulus for movement exploration and storytelling. Students develop choreographic skills through varied stimuli - motifs, visual imagery, and poetry - whilst building confidence in solo, partner, and group work. The progressive structure moves from individual expression to collaborative performance, embedding technical dance vocabulary and peer evaluation throughout.
