Distinguish teams clearly for game situations

Shooting method: Balance (stable stance), Eyes (focused on target), Elbow (straight alignment), Follow Through (wrist snap downward)
Semi-circular area where players can attempt to score goals
Catching the ball after an unsuccessful shooting attempt
Coordinated team movement to advance the ball towards the goal
Strategic placement of players to maximise scoring opportunities
Understanding where pupils are coming from and where they're going
Scoring systems and points calculation, angles and trajectories in shooting, measuring court distances and positions
Forces and motion in ball flight, human body systems during exercise, balance and centre of gravity
Spatial awareness and positioning, mapping movement patterns, understanding directions and orientation
Teamwork and cooperation, resilience when shots don't succeed, integrity in following rules and fair play
Move around different activity areas, spend most time where students need most support
Watch for correct BEEF technique, effective passing sequences, and positive teamwork
Step in when safety is compromised, technique needs immediate correction, or students are struggling with concepts
Use slow motion for technique teaching, real speed for game examples, involve confident students in demonstrations
Minimum 30m x 20m for full lesson, netball court ideal
Non-slip surface, free from hazards, appropriate for dynamic movement
