This unit develops Year 4 students' navigation and collaborative problem-solving skills through progressively challenging outdoor and adventurous activities. The focus is on building map-reading confidence, effective team communication, and strategic thinking in real-world contexts. Through practical orienteering challenges, students learn to combine cognitive skills with physical activity whilst developing resilience and leadership qualities.
