This unit develops Year 4 students into confident rounders players through systematic skill-building and progressive game application. By breaking down the complexity of striking and fielding games into mastery of individual techniques (throwing, catching, bowling, batting, fielding), students build both competence and tactical understanding. The unit culminates in competitive tournament play where students demonstrate leadership, positional awareness, and the ability to apply learned skills under pressure.
