Use exaggerated movements for clarity, show common mistakes followed by correct technique, demonstrate modifications for different ability levels
Large indoor space (minimum 15m x 20m) or outdoor area with level surface
Non-slip surface free from obstacles, mats positioned securely for floor exercises
Stop activity immediately if injury occurs, assess situation, provide appropriate first aid, contact emergency services if required
