Using slow, deep breathing to help focus and strengthen poses

Watch for proper alignment, breath coordination, and signs of strain or fatigue
Step in if students forcing poses, showing poor alignment, or appearing distressed
Model every pose with perfect alignment, speak in calm, encouraging tone throughout, show modifications for different abilities
Minimum 4m x 4m clear space per student for full movement, non-slip surface essential
Yoga mats properly positioned, no gaps or overlaps, dry and clean surface
Stop activity immediately if injury occurs, assess need for first aid, ensure student sits safely before providing care
