This unit challenges Year 6 students to synthesise their gymnastics skills into sophisticated group performances that combine technical execution with artistic expression. Moving beyond individual skill development, students take ownership of the creative process - from collaborative choreography and peer assessment to refined performance under time constraints. The emphasis on teamwork, musical interpretation, and self-evaluation prepares students for secondary school PE whilst celebrating their primary gymnastics journey.
