Understanding where pupils are coming from and where they're going

Move around different groups to provide individual feedback, position centrally for demonstrations
Watch for correct stick grip, quality of scooping technique, ball security during cradling
Step in if students struggling with basic grip, safety concerns with stick handling, or need technique correction
Always demonstrate slowly first, then at normal speed. Exaggerate key points like low squat position and wide hand placement. Use students who demonstrate good technique as models.
Minimum 30m x 20m outdoor area or large sports hall, clear of obstacles
Even, dry surface free from holes, debris, or slippery areas
