This unit develops Year 6 students' ability to work effectively in teams through progressively complex communication and problem-solving challenges. The focus moves from understanding different communication methods to applying strategic thinking under pressure, culminating in students demonstrating leadership, trust, and resilience in demanding team scenarios. As a capstone OAA experience, it prepares students for secondary school collaborative challenges whilst celebrating their growth as communicators and team players.
