This unit challenges Year 6 students to develop advanced teamwork and orienteering skills through progressively complex outdoor challenges. By beginning with trust-building and communication exercises, students develop the interpersonal foundations needed for effective collaboration before applying these skills to navigation and map reading under pressure. This unit prepares upper Key Stage 2 students for residential experiences and leadership roles whilst building resilience and creative problem-solving abilities.
