This unit transforms Year 8 students from participants into confident leaders who can plan, deliver and manage physical activities for younger students. The focus shifts from personal performance to empowering others, developing essential leadership competencies including communication, organisation, behaviour management and safe activity design. Through progressive practical experience, students discover their own leadership voice whilst building transferable skills for life beyond PE.
