Target Games
•Year 1
•6 Lessons
This unit introduces Year 1 students to the fundamental concept of accuracy through exploring different ways to send objects towards targets. The focus is on developing control and precision using feet, hands, and equipment whilst building understanding of force and trajectory. Through progressive skill development, students learn to match their technique to the task, creating a strong foundation for all future target and net/wall games.
