This unit develops Year 2 students' fundamental movement competencies through a carefully sequenced journey from individual stability skills to dynamic multi-directional movements and ball skills. The emphasis is on building movement confidence and spatial awareness in increasingly complex environments, preparing students for future games and gymnastics activities whilst celebrating their natural enthusiasm for physical challenges.
