This unit takes Year 2 students on a systematic journey through sending and receiving skills using different body parts and equipment. The progression from whole-body rolling to implement-based control builds confidence whilst developing fundamental movement patterns that underpin all future ball sports. Through carefully sequenced challenges, students develop accuracy, control, and spatial awareness whilst learning to work collaboratively with partners.
