This unit introduces Year 3 students to netball through a carefully structured progression from individual ball skills to full team gameplay. The emphasis is on building fundamental motor skills with ball handling and catching whilst gradually introducing tactical concepts like positioning, passing, and defending. Through engaging games and skill challenges, students develop confidence with netball-specific techniques while learning the importance of teamwork and fair play in a structured sport environment.

- • To understand and apply basic netball rules during game situations
