This unique unit transforms Year 7 students from participants into leaders, developing their ability to organise, communicate and inspire others in physical activity contexts. Through progressive practical experience, students explore the core skills of effective sports leadership whilst building confidence and understanding their potential to positively influence peers and younger students. The unit bridges personal development with community responsibility, positioning students as role models and emerging sports leaders.
