This unit develops Year 8 students' tactical understanding of invasion games through the fast-paced, inclusive sport of Ultimate Frisbee. The focus shifts from basic skills to strategic thinking, emphasising how students can read the game, anticipate opponents' actions, and make intelligent decisions under pressure. Through progressive tactical challenges, students learn to balance attacking creativity with defensive discipline whilst developing essential teamwork and communication skills.
