Features

Plan the year. Teach the lesson. Know where they are.

The PE Dept covers the whole job. A curriculum you can see at a glance, lessons built for the sports hall, and assessment that takes a tap. EYFS to Year 9.

Built by teachers, for teachers

Plan

Your whole year on one screen

Build a curriculum plan for each academic year with your classes down the side and your terms across the top. Half-term breaks are marked, teaching weeks are counted for you, and every unit block links straight through to the lessons behind it.

  • Two units, same weeks

A class with two PE lessons a week can run football on Mondays and dance on Thursdays. The planner holds both.

  • It won't let you over-book

Every slot is capacity-checked, so three lessons can't land in a two-lesson week.

  • Terms and holidays, sorted

Start from a 3-term or 6-term UK year and move the dates to match yours.

  • The whole department sees it

Plans belong to the school. Coordinators edit, everyone else opens the same plan.

How curriculum planning works

Teach

Built for the sports hall, not the staffroom

Open a lesson on your phone and it reads at arm's length. Objectives, equipment, differentiation and success criteria are all a thumb away, with a tap-to-start timer for transitions.

  • Large, legible prompts

Works one-handed while you're watching thirty children.

  • Built-in activity timer

Tap to start. Smooth transitions without digging for your watch.

  • For when the Wi-Fi gives up

Print a lesson or a whole unit before you head outside.

  • 3,000+ lessons and units

Curriculum-mapped from EYFS to Year 9, ready to teach.

Assess

A whole class assessed in a few taps

One row per pupil, one column per domain. Tap a level and it saves. No forms, no save button, and nothing to write up again at a desk afterwards.

  • Head, Heart and Hands

The thinking, the behaviour and the physical, assessed together.

  • Four levels, or your own

Emerging, Developing, Secure and Mastering by default. Add your own criteria when you assess something else.

  • Success criteria to hand

Every unit carries its own written descriptors, one tap from the grid.

  • The class at a glance

See how a class is spread across the levels, and how much you've covered.

How assessment works

Everything else in the box

  • Activity library

Thousands of activities with steps, differentiation and assessment, filterable by age and type.

  • AI resource generation

Generate diagrams, posters and technique cards for any lesson section in seconds.

  • Your Locker

Save the lessons and activities you keep coming back to, all in one place.

  • Printable packs

Print a lesson or a full unit for sports halls where the signal doesn't reach.

  • Class registers

Bring pupils in from your MIS with Wonde, upload a CSV, or paste a list of names.

  • Shared by default

Plans and classes are shared across your school, and your department's assessments sit alongside them. Nothing is locked to one account.

Questions teachers ask

The things worth knowing before you sign up.

Do I need to be a PE specialist?

No. Every lesson is written to be picked up and taught, with the objectives, the equipment you need, how to differentiate up and down, and what a good outcome looks like. Plenty of our teachers are class teachers covering PE rather than specialists.

Which year groups does it cover?

EYFS through to Year 9. There are over 3,000 lessons and units mapped across those year groups, so you can plan a whole primary school or pick up a single class.

Can I actually use it in the sports hall?

Yes. Lessons are built to be read from your phone at arm's length while you are watching a class, with large prompts and a tap-to-start activity timer. There is nothing to install. If the signal in your hall is poor, print the lesson or the whole unit before you go - everything is laid out for A4.

Do I have to assess with Head, Heart and Hands?

No. Head, Heart and Hands is the default, graded Emerging, Developing, Secure or Mastering. You choose which of the three domains a unit uses, and you can add your own criteria with your own named levels or a numeric scale, either alongside the three domains or instead of them.

Can my whole department use it?

Yes. Curriculum plans and class registers are shared across the school rather than tied to one login, so a coordinator can set the curriculum and everyone else opens the same plan. Assessments are kept within your department.

Is there a free option?

Yes. A free account unlocks three full units a month, with no card required. Paid plans lift that limit, and you can pick the scope that matches your teaching, from a single year group up to the whole school.
