Two courts, one floor
A sports hall runs netball and badminton over the same painted lines. Your timetable works the same way. A class with two PE lessons a week can run one unit on Mondays and another on Thursdays, in the same weeks, and the planner keeps count of both.
Year 5 Oak: gymnastics on Mondays, invasion games on Thursdays, weeks 1 to 6.
Terms and holidays that match your year
Start from a 3-term or 6-term structure and move the dates to match your school. Mark October half term, Christmas and Easter, and teaching weeks are counted around them, so week 7 really is week 7.
You can't over-book a class
Each class has a set number of PE lessons a week. The planner only offers the slots you actually have, and checks again on the server before anything is saved. No double-booked halls on paper.
Find the right unit fast
Choose a year group, then an activity area, then a unit. It opens on the class's own year group, so most of the time it's two taps. Every unit block links through to the full unit: objectives, success criteria, equipment and resources.
Built for a department, not a folder
Plans belong to the school, so every member of staff opens the same one. Coordinators edit and everyone else sees a read-only plan. Each academic year keeps its own plans, and whatever you're looking at is a link you can send to a colleague.
Plans feed your assessment
The units on a class's plan are the units you assess against. Build the plan and the assessment grid is already waiting.
