Gymnastics

This unit introduces Nursery students to fundamental gymnastics movements through imaginative play and apparatus exploration. The focus is on building body awareness, spatial understanding, and movement confidence in a safe, playful environment. Through animal themes, community helper roles, and creative sequencing, students develop essential travelling skills that form the foundation for all future gymnastics learning.
