Lesson 1

How can we use different parts of our feet to send the ball accurately to our teammates?

- • To pass the ball accurately over varying distances using different force levels

How can we use our feet like cushions to stop and control a moving ball?

- • To receive and stop the ball with control using the foot
- • To pass the ball accurately to another player

How can we work together to keep possession of the ball when under pressure?

- • To develop ball control skills while dribbling and receiving
