Lesson 1

How can we use our body positioning and ball control to keep possession and create scoring opportunities in handball?
Key Objectives:
- • To develop catching skills with two hands and controlling the ball with fingers and thumbs
- • To learn how to protect the ball using body positioning and one-handed control
Lesson 2
Big Question:
How can we use different shooting techniques to score goals and work as a team in handball?
Key Objectives:
- • Develop basic overarm shooting technique with proper grip and release
- • Learn and apply the jump shot technique in game situations
Lesson 3

How can the centre and circle runner work together to create attacking opportunities through movement and passing?
Key Objectives:
- • Define the role of the circle runner in building attacking play
- • Demonstrate the 3-man weave technique with accurate passing and movement

How can we quickly turn and defend when we lose possession of the ball?
