Staying within designated running lanes during races
Understanding where pupils are coming from and where they're going
Measuring distances and times, calculating speeds, comparing data from Beat Bolt challenge, understanding ratios and proportions
Forces and motion - understanding propulsion and resistance, biomechanics of efficient movement, energy systems in the body
Understanding distance and scale, using measuring skills, spatial awareness and positioning
Personal goal setting and achievement, resilience and determination, cooperation and supporting others
Stand where you can see all lanes clearly, move between groups during exploration, position at finish line during challenges
